Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and policy documents
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Update and maintain customer records and insurance databases
Provide administrative support to agents and underwriters
Review policy details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support claims processing and documentation
Educate clients on available insurance products and services
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred)
Previous experience in insurance or customer service (1-2 years ideal)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good understanding of insurance terminology and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software platforms
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Customer-focused mindset
Certification in insurance (e.g., IRDAI License) is a plus
