Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and policy documents

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

  • Update and maintain customer records and insurance databases

  • Provide administrative support to agents and underwriters

  • Review policy details to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Support claims processing and documentation

  • Educate clients on available insurance products and services


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred)

  • Previous experience in insurance or customer service (1-2 years ideal)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Good understanding of insurance terminology and processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software platforms


Preferred Attributes:

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Certification in insurance (e.g., IRDAI License) is a plus
